Supine Yoga Poses | Yoga with Suzie

Hi loves! Today I lead you through a handful of my favorite supine yoga poses, which means they are all practiced on your back. These poses are great for relaxation, while also relieving stress and tension. If you have anxiety, these can be really beneficial for you as well. I suggest following along to this video to get familiar with each pose and incorporating them into your weekly routine, holding each for at least for 3-5 breaths. Enjoy! πŸ’–

Feet & Ankles Yoga Flow | Yoga with Suzie

Today is all about the FEET! 🦢🏼If you are on your feet a lot standing or walking around, these stretches will be good for you! I used to struggle with plantar fasciitis and these stretches always helped. Keep in mind - plantar fasciitis is connected not only to your feet, but your calves and hamstrings too. SO with that being said it's important to stretch not only your feet and toes, but also those hamstrings and calves to keep everything mobile and strong which can help prevent pain and injury. Quick Hip Stretches | Stretch with Suzie

I'm just showing you a few different hip stretches that I like to do when my hips are feeling pretty tight, or to just bring some movement to my lower body.
