High-Protein Greek Yogurt Bowl
✨ Quick, filling, and under 300 calories!
Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 banana (sliced)
A handful of berries
Dash of cinnamon
Instructions:
Mix everything in a bowl. Chill for 5 mins if you like it cold & thick!
