❤️ February is American Heart Month❤️

Maintaining blood sugar is one of the key health factors in heart health. Healthy blood glucose supports your brain, kidneys, and heart. Blood sugar that’s too low can cause fatigue or dizziness, while consistently high levels over time may lead to prediabetes or diabetes. Keeping blood sugar in a healthy range helps protect your overall health.

❤️ February is American Heart Month❤️

Controlling cholesterol is one of the key health factors in heart health. High levels of non-HDL, or “bad,” cholesterol can increase your risk for heart disease. Your healthcare professional may focus on non-HDL cholesterol rather than total cholesterol because it can be measured without fasting and provides a reliable picture of heart health for most people.
