Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is a nonprofit facility that has provided care for the aged since 1931. The Home is located in the northwest section of the Bronx, bordering scenic Van Cortlandt Park. Sharing in the Ministry of the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, the dedicated staff provides Long and Short-Term Care to the elderly. The 264 bed skilled nursing facility offers warm, welcoming, home-like environment for residents. The warmth and hospitality of the Home is nurtured by the sisters, staff, family, and volunteers. Special attention is provided to each resident to meet their individual needs and to enhance their quality of life. The compassionate and supportive staff is dedicated to meeting the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of the residents. Patrick's family, where "The Difference is Love."
