When a cleaning is placed on the calendar, we prepare for it — supplies, staffing, travel time, and sometimes even moving other clients to make room.
When a cleaning is canceled last minute or we are not advised in time that service is no longer needed, it creates real conflict for us. We’ve often rearranged other appointments to accommodate, and without communication it doesn’t just affect a time slot… it affects our business.
We completely understand that emergencies happen — life happens! We simply ask for clear and timely communication so we can adjust accordingly and offer that time to another client who may be waiting.
