This is YOUR experience, you can make it as comfortable as you'd like!

Here are my top recommendations!

- Yoga Mat
- Bottle of water
- Pillow/Blanket
- Socks
- Journal & pen
- Wear comfy clothes & easy on/off shoes

You've never experienced an in-person sound bath, but you're considering trying it out, where do you start?

If you're new to sound baths, I would encourage you to try a group sound bath first. Group sessions are great for establishing community and are an affordable option before you invest in a private session. Many guests leave group sessions feeling calm, balanced, and deeply relaxed.

If group settings aren't your thing, I offer 1:1 sessions that can also be beginner friendly!

We have a last-minute SURPRISE guest tomorrow night!

Instead of our candlelight yin & sound bath, we will spend the ENTIRE 75-minutes ringing in the new month (Yes, it's March 1st already!!!!) with a surprise guest

We will be hosting Serene Sounds By Jennah TOMORROW NIGHT at 6:00-7:15pm for a special Sound Bath to help you meditate and relax to celebrate the start of a fresh new month!

Cost is just $20 (the cost of a drop-in) and FREE for members. BUT, make sure you register because spaces are limited!
