I haven't been on here nearly a year sad to say as many people as I take care of and help through plant medicine I guess I simply forgot what to do for myself I'm going through a lot of things and now that I've gotten back to my roots and plants I'm feeling much better sometimes I need somebody to tell me what to do.. anyway hi y'all

You can’t do anything without being criticized. We live in a society where people can’t survive if they are not judging the next person. Let’s build each other up. We are all the best we can, in the same game called life.

Well only Lucille Ball and I could fall up the stairs😆 I bruised my knee pretty badly and put the bruise and Recovery cream I sell on it and look at the results day one and day two healed🤗
