When it comes to breakfast, I like to make sure it’s loaded with fiber, protein, complex carbs, good fats, vitamins and minerals. This is one of my favorite breakfast. Overnight oats. Easy to make, healthy, delicious and it keeps you full for a long time. 😜 INGREDIENTS: sprouted organic rolled oats milk , plant based protein (chocolate or vanilla) , flax seeds & cinnamon. My favorite part of this meal is that there is no temperature or heat added to the ingredients, it’s raw therefore all the vitamins and minerals will not be altered. Garnish with your favorite fruits, almond butter and goji berries.
