I am Emily. A weaver of wonder, a curator of connection, and a devoted explorer of the subtle realms where breath, sound, and soul high-five. Since 2012 I’ve danced through the healing arts as a yoga teacher, mentor, songstress, and energy worker, creating spaces where people feel safe enough to exhale, unravel, and remember who they truly are.
I love gathering humans the way bonfires gather stories, blending movement, music, ritual, and heartfelt presence into experiences that feel both grounding and quietly enchanted. Whether I’m guiding a circle, holding ceremony, or laughing mid-dance step, I follow what I call the golden thread of connection, trusting it always leads exactly where it’s meant to.

This is why we gather: to connect our hearts, to experience our nature in nature, because we are nature. To give back to this beautiful Earth the way she so generously gives to us. To set aside perceived differences and instead embrace them, until we remember that we are all one, all in this together, all love.
