Itโ€™s called ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ป๐—ถ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ ๐—ต๐˜†๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜€๐—ฎ๐—น. Your body is exhausted, but your brain has 50 tabs open. When sleep wonโ€™t come, stop fighting it.

The ๐—•๐—ผ๐—ฑ๐˜† ๐—ฆ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—ป isn't another to-do. Itโ€™s a 5-minute permission slip for your nervous system to stop bracing.

How to do it (while lying in the dark):
โœจ Jaw: Unclench it. Just notice the tension.
