Self care day for me after my appointments. So what’s going on here…let me explain. I’m using 3 different types of equipment in this 1 hour session.

The StellarWaves Crystal Light Bed (lights on top) is a vibrational healing tool that helps balance the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual areas of the body. It’s not just a “fun extra”…it actually helps get things moving.

That gentle vibration helps wake up your lymphatic system, boosts circulation, and gets everything flowing so your body is already in “release mode” before you even put your feet in the water.

Then we go into the foot detox…where your body can start letting go of what it’s been holding onto.
