💪 Giving Back on the Mat — and in the Clinic!

In his free time, Dr. Steven loves staying connected to the sport that shaped him. He’s been assisting with volunteer wrestling coaching, and recently stepped in to help the team at Red River High School in Grand Forks after an opening became available.

As a chiropractor, Dr. Steven brings a unique advantage to the wrestling room — blending years of athletic experience with professional expertise in movement, recovery, injury prevention, and overall athlete wellness.

🤼‍♂️ Wrestlers: chiropractic care can make a huge difference in mobility, strength, recovery times, and performance on the mat. Keeping your body aligned and functioning at its best is key for optimal results, and Dr. Steven is passionate about helping athletes stay healthy and competitive.

🤼 Fun fact: Dr. Steven wrestled throughout his entire childhood and went on to compete Division I at the University of Minnesota in the Cities! Now he’s bringing that same dedication to both his patients and the young athletes he coaches.
