PSA—PLEASE READ!!

A relief pharmacist will be working Thomas Drug Friday, November 18th. Due to some certain circumstances, this pharmacist will need to leave by 3:00pm. If you’re needing your medication, please pickup before then as there will not be a pharmacist on duty after this time to dispense prescriptions.

We will close around 5:45pm or a little after this evening so I can attend my daughter’s program. Thank you!

UPS information - we do NOT print labels for UPS. The first picture shows what we CANNOT take as the drivers CANNOT scan the code. The second picture shows what we CAN take for UPS to pick up. You may request a CALL TAG if you are returning an Amazon item. The UPS driver then will come to your address with a label and pick it up. We also DO NOT know when they will be by to pick it up!

We are experiencing computer problems so as of right now, we cannot process prescriptions or take credit cards. Our program team is working on the issue, but I am not sure how long this will take. I will start working on prescriptions as soon as I am back up. There is a long list already this morning, so please be patient with us. Thank you for your understanding, and as always, we appreciate your business!!

Due Pioneer having internet issues, we are having issues as well. We CAN NOT receive, send or process prescription. We also CAN NOT run credit cards at this time due to the pioneer issue. Please be patient with us.

FYI - The store will be closed on Monday May 30 in observance of Memorial Day. So if you are needing your medication for the weekend, please have it picked up by 6:00 p.m. Friday May 26 as nobody will be around for the weekend.

Just a reminder that we do have the “At Home” Covid tests.

It was brought to my attention that there is a website somewhere with outdated hours. I will address that problem shortly. After this notification, I went to the page to see the hours. It shows on my end when I am in manager settings, but not when I am just viewing the page as a customer. I have tried multiple times to fix this problem, and I have not had any luck. I will get this problem fixed soon though.
