This all started 4 years ago when 1/2 through my school year at @HMI, the pandemic hit us and we all started hit along process of dealing with anxiety! Many of us still are. Mindfulness – be in the moment and take a moment. Take your time. To reflect. To feel. To look inside. We are programmed to not take that time. We correlate slowing down to happiness, but we really don’t take the time. I invite you to do that, at least once a day. No phone, no TV, no books, nothing. Just silence. Call it a time out or meditation, but just take that time and check in with yourself. 5-mins, set a timer.
