I don’t usually post my photos in black and white, but today it just feels right—it matches the mood in my heart. There’s something so tender about this image… the way the heart glows in my son’s hands feels like a quiet reminder of love’s enduring light. 😊

Lately, I’ve been immersed in creating—Abundance Candles, Aromatherapy Sprays, Healing Oils—and writing my latest book. As Mother’s Day weekend arrives, I find myself leaning into the things that nourish my soul and bring me peace.

This morning, I asked my son Steven to send me a message—something my heart needed to hear. As I shuffled the deck, a single card fluttered out, as it so often does. It read:

"See your light. Create your own happy path. Fill your body, mind, heart, and spirit with abundance in all ways. You are beautiful. You are deserving of all goodness."

It felt like a gentle whisper from heaven.

Tomorrow, on Mother’s Day, I’ll begin as I always do—by sending love to my beautiful boy in the stars. I’ll play our favorite song, Three Little Birds by Bob Marley, and let the music wrap around me like a hug. Then, I’ll spend the day honoring life, love, and joy—doing all the things that make my spirit feel alive.

I’m endlessly grateful for every moment I’ve been gifted with my boys. Family is everything. Always.
