I’ve been doing a lot of harvesting herbs around here this week.
Getting stuff drying and new recipes made up. I’m so excited to drop a new line of goodies this fall.
This summer has been a blast of growing new stuff.
We had a very prolific herb garden, so we’re going to be seeing alot of new medicines!
Our vegetable garden also took off like a wildfire in a dry forest.

That being said, I will be having some canned goods for sale here shortly. 😉
Jams jelly’s, salsas, and god willing… more spicy pickles. Hehe. 😉

Most of you know I do my best to source all of my herbs as locally as possible. I don’t use chemicals on my property, which means I get to harvest a lot of my medicine plants right here in Tightwad, MO! 🌿

This week, I’ve been busy grinding… and grinding… and grinding some more—turning plantain leaves into a fine green powder for medicine-making. 💚

🐝 🍯 i had the opportunity to do a demonstration tonight for my beekeeper class. 🐝 🍯

Guys i tell ya what…
that was so much fun!

I taught how to make my best seller Skin Healer salve.

I want to do this again, I’m thinking about this winter (when it’s cold and no one wants to be outside lol) maybe doing another class and teaching how I make something else.

Obviously next time I’ll be more organized, I was so nervous!

Hey folks.

I know I’ve been kinda quiet lately. We were going to move, so I like… uprooted and panicked and didn’t know what to do. But then we ended up staying, thank God.
