De-stress and unwind during this full-body massage with light to medium pressure. This massage will soothe your body and mind, transporting you to a tranquil state of relaxation.

90 minutes - $110

PRENATAL
A prenatal massage is a therapeutic massage that's customized for pregnant women to help them relax, reduce pain, and improve their overall well-being.
Prenatal massages are similar to Swedish massages but with modifications to ensure the safety and comfort of the mother and baby.

DEEP TISSUE
Find relief from chronic pain, tension and tightness caused by injury or overworked muscles. This therapeutic massage focuses on specific problem areas, with deep pressure applied during the massage. Your massage therapist will adjust the pressure to accommodate your comfort level. This service is beneficial for those with chronic muscle tension and pain.

Today I am working from one of the beautiful massage rooms here….. and this space feels like a little womb of the Earth 🌎

Purple walls holding you. The Tree of Life glowing overhead.
Drum, rattle, feather, crystals and flower medicine resting nearby.

There is something deeply grounding about this room. Quiet. Rooted. Ancestral.

Healing doesn’t require a grand stage. It asks for intention… breath… & presence.
Today this space feels earthy, steady & strong-like the kind of place where you can lay down what’s heavy and rise a little lighter.
