In keeping with the incredibly important effort to quell the spread of COVID-19 by socially isolating, I will be taking a hiatus from teaching my yoga classes. I am so grateful to the courageous studio owners who are closing their studio doors temporarily in order to contribute to this imperative. There are tremendous benefits to practicing yoga during difficult times, and many amazing teachers having quickly shifted to online teaching. You would do well to support them by signing up for their low-cost, high benefit online classes. Here are some local studios whose classes I highly recommend:
My teacher Sondra Loring, director of Sadhana Center for Yoga and Meditation and the Sadhana Service Project is teaching a daily 8:30 am yoga class via Zoom. $8 https://sadhanayogahudson.com/schedule/?fbclid=IwAR3069W8D40X7YGtXRVr_4F-Fc2772OXLDYkZPoE-kYCZnDywMjIM6etiwk
