10 years ago I made some changes in my Diet, so I didn't Die at 50!, You are what you eat, and the Meds are all wrong, Yes Exercise..any at all that you can do.., Then back off with too much animal proteins, (Eggs are great!) and fatty fried stuff, seed oils are bad for cooking foods.. no more take-out and/or Fast foods, back off on (soda) Pop..It's not easy but well worth it, you could also start taking Turmeric, and or White willow bark, BP will go down with-in a week or so, but hey you asked for help, but what are you willing to change?
I'm 60 now and not on any meds, my BP is perfect..and I'm about 50 pounds lighter than I was in 2015..We love walking our dogs.., get out and walk!..And last but not the least..find a good grounding/earthing mat to sleep on, here's what we like, I've only been Earthing for about 2 years and yes Earthing products are far better than any knock-offs! : https://bit.ly/42AHMMC
