{ Oil Pulling }

Oil Pulling is an ancient practice rooted in Ayurvedic medicine. Ayurveda is the traditional holistic medicine system from India dating back more than 5,000 years.

Oil pulling may have many benefits including removing unwanted bacteria, freshening breath, preventing cavities, reducing inflammation of the gums, aide in balancing the microbiome of the gut, and whiten teeth naturally.

Choose between sesame and virgin coconut oil. They both work well, I personally prefer coconut oil.

The best time to oil pull is first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, before eating or drinking.

Swish 1-2 Tbsp of oil in your mouth for
5-20 minutes. (I like to oil pull during my morning movement of stretching or shower.)

Spit in the trash. *Do not swallow!

Rinse you mouth with water.

For optimal results repeat daily.

Often times parasites are the root cause of many imbalances in the body.

Parasites can be difficult to treat because they can live anywhere in the body.

First step is to open your drainage pathways. You must be pooping every day, at least once. From there we work our way up the drainage funnel and detox the whole body, kicking the unwanted guests out.
