We should wash our sheets and pillowcases 1X a week and at the very least, 1X every 2 weeks! 🛏
Not washing our sheets can affect our skin in many ways, I’ll list some reasons why: • 𝗢𝗻 𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘀 500 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗱. • 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘂𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗮𝘁, 𝗼𝗶𝗹𝘀, 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘂𝗽, 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀. • 𝗗𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗙𝗘𝗘𝗗 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗬𝗨𝗖𝗞.
Keeping our sheets clean will improve our skins health overall, reducing acne, irritation, clogged pores, and studies show you sleep better in clean sheets! ☺️
