Sometimes the best care starts right at home! Here are a few simple ways to give yourself a little relief between sessions:

💆 Neck & Shoulders – Use your fingertips or knuckles to gently knead out tension.
🖐️ Hands – Press into the base of your palm with your thumb and stretch each finger.
🦶 Feet – Roll a ball under your foot for a quick, soothing release.
🪑 Lower Back & Hips – Place a ball against the wall, lean in, and roll out tight spots.
🦵 Legs – Use your palms or fists to glide up and down your thighs and calves.

⭐ Pro Tip: Start gently, breathe deeply, and stay hydrated before and after. Consistency is key!

✨ Try This Simple Stretch:
Seated Hamstring Stretch
1. Sit on the edge of a chair.
2. Extend one leg straight out with your heel on the floor.
3. Flex your foot, keep your back straight, and gently lean forward.
4. Hold for 20–30 seconds. Repeat on the other leg.
