Thank you for courageously defending the freedoms we hold so dear and closely here in America. When you see someone who has served always give them a thank you. A thank you is the least we can give.

For this whole week until 11/18 veterans come try the gym for free! We also offer a discounted rate for veterans as well! 🇺🇸 💪

Because this topic is so important to me. To make it clear this is a place for all people regardless of race, political affiliation, sexual preference.

The gym is the one place where no matter who you are the goal is common… GET HEALTHIER PHYSICALLY SO YOU CAN BE A BETTER YOU MENTALLY. (day 1 purpose of the gym)

I’ve gotten a lot of love since posting the BS review. But for the week I’m going to do a week. For every person who messages me about how this place and environment makes them feel, i will choose someone and they will be given a free month membership.

We’ve upgraded from our Nautilus Functional Trainer & added a Life Fitness G7 Dual Cable Tower!👏

This piece is awesome for so many reasons. One the tower is adjustable so you can movements at any height. Two the weight stack is heavy going up to a true 155 lbs! And lastly more space has been created. Something we’ve been focusing on here! 💥

We added a Precor Seated Hamstring Curl! 💥

This piece is great! It has 4 points of adjustment, and is selectorized. Which is awesome since we already have a plate loaded seated curl!

This has been a big request from many members! And we always deliver. 💪

We’ve finally upgraded and replaced our leg extension! 🙏

We have added a Cybex VR2 leg extension. A huge upgrade from our chain driven Nautilus piece.💥

This piece is great it has 3 points of adjustment and a heavier weight stack! Great addition w/ more additions coming soon to make the gym better for you all! 👍
