How does acupuncture support the emotions especially something as deep as grief?

Normal soreness feels like a dull, tired ache, that “I just worked out” feeling. It usually shows up a day after exercise and fades within a couple of days as your muscles recover.

Pain from an injury feels sharper or more localized. It might cause swelling, bruising, or get worse when you move or put weight on it. If the pain lingers or increases with activity, that’s your sign to rest and get it checked out.
