Y’all. If you been in yoga with me you’ve heard me say it: use the props. (Chair, block, strap to name a few.) They are fantastic tools to feel the pose (asana). Props offer an assist to align, deepen and explore the poses.

Tomorrow is the day!!! So excited! Yoga & mimosas with Bigfoot!!! Everyone is welcome: locals, visitors to Townsend and all the Bigfoot lovers!

***Saturday morning yoga crew: yoga is at the Abbey tomorrow at 10am! We’ll be back Tremont Lodge & Resort next week! I can’t wait to see y’all!***

$20 includes yoga and a mimosa (or tea or soda). Yoga is a beginner friendly class. There are extra mats if you need to borrow one.
