WELCOME ZEN TO REIKI & RHYTHMS 🤍✨

Our newest (and tiniest) member of the Vibe Tribe has officially begun his sound journey.

Right now, we’re starting with the basics — calm exposure, socialization, confidence building… and lots of love. As he grows, Zen will begin training to become my service dog and studio companion.

This season looks a little different for me — I’m still in healing mode — so we’re taking things slow and intentional. And I couldn’t think of a sweeter way to do that than inviting you in.

Hello Vibe Tribe 🎶

A little life update…

Sometimes the healer needs healing too — and this time, it’s me.

I recently had surgery on my right hand and will be stepping away briefly to rest and recover. I’ll be back in April, just in time for us to float and heal together again.

Reiki & Rhythms was created from my own sound-healing journey, so during this season, I’ll be sharing how I’m using sound to support my autoimmune and chronic pain healing in real time.

Healing isn’t just something I facilitate — it’s something I live every day. ✨ I’ll see you soon.
