Life very much functions in cycles of contraction and expansion for me.

Currently in a cycle cocooning and restoring. Creating a storehouse of momentum.

Contraction used to feel like stagnancy. Now I embrace it purposefully.

Stay tuned for newness at this Autumn.

Before radical creation comes destruction. Divine demolition.

TRUTH
Not expressing truth is a form of manipulation.

For many years, I was timid. Social constructs within the spiritual world constricted my voice.

I was ashamed of emotions that weren’t of "love & light". Each time I ignored the signals from my body that something was "off", I became more disconnected from my intuition and the divine feminine.

Unexpressed truth creates a breeding ground for dis-ease. Expressing non-truths creates disconnection.

Questions I’ve been asking myself lately:

• Is their "love and light" being used as a form of manipulation?

• Are my words aligned with my heart and gut? Or am i disconnected/regurgitating?

• How does this FEEL?

Truth is not found in the brain, it’s found through bodies, our senses.

Birthing Luna was my re-birth. The night she was born, I stepped into an entirely new archetype. In 3 hours on 03/03/2020 I transformed from⁣

staying introverted as a form of protection: to becoming a fierce protector and advocate for myself + family.⁣

staying silent with fear of causing waves: to speaking my truth unwaveringly. ⁣

Did you know most full time yoga instructors wouldn’t be able to afford to practice in the studios they teach in?

Poverty is at an all time high and
the wealth gap is growing at a disgustingly rapid rate. We are living through a financial crisis and mental health pandemic simultaneously.

Most of my adult life I have experienced severe anxiety; often without access to mental health resources due to finances. While yoga is not a replacement for seeing a mental health professional, it 100% equipped me with tools that saved my life. (more on this later)

Our mission at Change Perspective Yoga is to share the healing powers of yoga without limitations. We created a system to remove all barriers so truly anyone can join. We created a safe, beautiful space for people from all walks of life to join together, heal themselves, and support one another.

I couldn’t find the community I’ve been searching for my entire life, and I’m so grateful to finally say: we’re creating it.

We can’t do it alone. Join us.

If you’re feeling heavy, you’re not alone. Taking time to tend to your own heart is not selfish. It will have a ripple effect on every person you cross paths with. Your vision will become more clear and your actions more impactful + aligned. Remember to stay informed, but take breaks from the doomsday scrolling to refill.

I’m teaching Restore Yin Yoga Thursday at 6pm. I have a special treat for you this week 🔮 Everyone is welcome; all levels, ages and abilities.
