Thai Mobility and Pain Management uses ancient stretching and compression techniques to leave you feeling free and relaxed. During this technique we move the client to see where mobility is stuck, the client remains clothed and the technique is performed on a mat on the floor or on a table. Our therapists will use a wide range of techniques to target trigger points, stretch muscle and soft tissue, relax joints and increase mobility and flexibility.
