Every time I step into the gym, I’m reminded how much movement changes everything. It clears my head, lifts my mood, and gives me a sense of control on the days I feel all over the place.
The benefits are real:
• Reduces stress
• Boosts confidence
• Increases energy
• Helps with anxiety + mood
• Gives you a space to reset and reconnect with yourself
Some days I go for the workout… and some days I go because it’s the best therapy I can give myself. Either way, I always leave better than I came.
