Eight years ago, I made the best decision of my life. In that moment I said “I do,” I chose a lifetime with the most important person in my world.

These eight years have shaped me in ways I’m endlessly grateful for. Being your husband is an honor, and I can’t wait to keep building a life with you. Cheers to the next 80 years and beyond.

The Last Dad Hack Happy Hour was a real win.

With support from Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, men showed up ready to learn, ask questions, and connect with one another. The room was full of honest conversations, practical skills, good food, and the kind of peer support that too many fathers never get access to.

Because of that momentum, we’re excited to share that the next Dad Hack Happy Hour is already locked in:

At Hey Black Dad, we are rooted in a simple but powerful truth: Every father you reach is a mother better supported, a baby more securely nurtured, and a family stronger at its core.

Our work centers on The Father Factor. This is the measurable impact that engaged, prepared, and supported fathers have on maternal health, infant development, and overall family well-being.

Hey Black Dad partners with organizations, healthcare providers, doulas, and community change-makers who are ready to move beyond surface-level inclusion and into family-focused systems where fathers are active partners in care.

Each Prefessional Service offering is designed to help organizations reduce preventable isolation, strengthen continuity of care, and build trust through culturally responsive, community-rooted father engagement.

Nobody teaches us how to be dads. We just get told “be supportive” and then boom, baby’s here and we’re Googling everything at 3AM. 😂

That’s why Dad Hack Happy Hour exists.
A room full of MEN learning real newborn skills: diapers, swaddles, clothing, all that, without judgment, pressure, or awkward vibes. Just bros leveling up together and a couple mocktails. 💪🏾
