🍎 Hands-on learning in action! 🏴‍☠️

North Central Missouri College Human Growth & Development students partnered with Bright Futures Trenton as a Classroom Community Partner this fall. Dr. Lindsay Oram’s class joined Ms. Crawford’s first graders at Rissler Elementary for fall-themed developmental activities.

Dr. Oram shared, “It’s one thing to learn about 6-year-old development in a textbook, but it’s another to watch in real time.” And one first grader put it best: “I didn’t like the activities, I LOVED the activities.” ❤️

We’re grateful to Bright Futures Trenton, Rissler Elementary, and Ms. Crawford for welcoming us into your classroom. Partnerships like these make learning come alive for our students while serving the community.
