☀️ Q: What if the stretch session is AFTER my skating session? Will it still help? A: YES! The effects of stretching and mobility work are cumulative over time, and stretching after skating when your muscles are warm is a great cool-down option.
☀️ Q: What if I can’t make it any of those times? A: Contact me directly and we can talk about setting up a small group session time that works for you!
☀️ Q: What are you focusing on? A: For this week we’ll focus on spine mobility at all levels, hip mobility in all planes, and lower limb flexibility.
☀️ Q: What level is this for? A: Anyone who wants to improve their overall mobility and flexibility is welcome! Participants should be old enough to follow instructions for the duration of the session.
