From painful landings to pain-free routines! 🤸✨

Elizabeth from Gateway Elite Gymnastics came to us struggling with heel pain so severe she couldn’t jump or land without discomfort. During her initial evaluation, our team discovered the root of the problem was actually coming from her back and after just 7 physical therapy sessions, she was back to full, pain-free gymnastics! 💪🎉

Watching athletes get back to doing what they love is why we do what we do. Way to go, Elizabeth! 🌟

👀👀Oops… we’ve been so busy improving movement and taking care of our amazing patients that we almost let Occupational Therapy Month slip by! 😅🙌

It may be April 28, but we’re still celebrating our incredible OT team and all the life-changing work they do every single day. From helping patients regain independence to making everyday tasks easier, occupational therapy truly makes a difference.

Strength doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes, it looks like showing up—again and again—on the hard days.💪🏼

Over the past 5 months, Donna faced not one, but TWO hip replacements!! That’s two major surgeries, two recoveries, and countless moments that could have felt overwhelming. But instead of backing down, she leaned in—with determination, resilience, and a mindset that refused to quit.

Unfortunately, before her first hip replacement at the beginning of December, Donna was only able to get around with the use of a walker due to excruciating pain. Today, she is smiling feeling stronger, and getting back to the life she loves—and we couldn’t be more proud to be part of that journey here at TAILOR MADE Physical Therapy.

As a business professor at McKendree University, Donna is happy to be back out and about supporting her students! Today she bumped into Matt, TMPT Founder and therapist, at the McKendree 5K and it's moments like this that make our job at TMPT so special! 💙

🏅 What an incredible day at the Metro Arch Classic! 🏅

Gateway Elite Gymnastics hosted an amazing convention for athletes from across the surrounding area at the Gateway Convention Center in Collinsville—and we were proud to be part of it! Tailor-Made Physical Therapy was honored to provide USA Gymnastics official medical services throughout the event, supporting these talented athletes as they competed, pushed limits, and showed off their hard work.

Huge shoutout to Gateway Elite Gymnastics for hosting such a fantastic competition and to all the gymnasts, coaches, and families who made the Metro Arch Classic such a success. We’re always proud to be in your corner—keeping athletes healthy, strong, and competition-ready! 💪🤸‍♀️
