No expectations or explanations needed. Feel less lonely, more confident, understood and supported. Build community again and watch your life be more enjoyable, alive, and free again. Today, one simple step: eat one meal made of whole foods. Not out of a box or processed. One simple step today. Here's how we reset gently. What are you eating?

Whole foods in this case means not processed or from a box. Most natural form and most often made at home. For example a grilled or roasted piece of chicken, burger, steak, roast, fish, pork. Any veggies or fruit fresh or cooked from fresh or frozen. Grains such as rice or oatmeal that are not instant. Etc.

As I am about to head out to hopefully complete my to-do list, this is what's on my mind.
I'm wondering, are you also feeling the weight of the end of the year?
The emails. The marketing. The sales. The self-help tips and hacks.
All the noise that rushes in right about now.
Because honestly, I'm feeling it too.
And I've felt that quiet pressure that says I should have an end-of-the year plan complete and 2026 planned out. An email series running, planned posts. Something perfectly timed and polished.
Because how else would women in midlife know the ways I support and walk alongside them? And yes, I understand that marketing matters. Networking matters. Visibility matters.
And yet... the very last thing I want to do is add to your plate. Add to your stress. Be another email to open. Another post asking something of you.
So, I want to say this "out loud" for myself and you too.
*You have permission to lean into the end of the year.*
Lean into the holidays. The family and friend time. Lean into the quiet mornings, candle-lit evenings, slow moments, and beautiful gatherings. To be present in whatever this season looks like for YOU.
You don't need to figure out your health plan for the next year, right now. You don't need resolutions, right now. You don't even need to decide on a word, unless it comes gently, on it's own.
If you're able, take a little quiet time. Step away when you can. Journal. Pray. Sit in stillness. And if clarity comes, wonderful. If it doesn't, that's ok too.
There will still be sales the week between Christmas and New Year's. There will still be programs after January 1. There will still be time to decide.
It's OK if you don't have 2026 mapped out when you wake up on January 1. You are not behind.
So here's where I'm at. I'm practicing what I "preach".
I'm choosing not to burn at both ends right now.
I'm choosing not to flood your feed or inbox.
I'm choosing presence over pressure. I'm leaning into the end of the year cherishing the moments with those I cherish. 🥰
You may hear from me between Christmas and New Year's. If not, you will hear from me right at the start of January. Because I do have some really lovely things I can't wait to share. ❤
But for now... we rest, we enjoy, we put down the pressure for 2026. We lean in. We let this season be what it's meant to be.
You're right on time.
You always are.
Sending you so much love. 🤍

The 2nd Saturday of each month, we gather.
A soft, welcoming space for midlife women. A place where the fullness of this season is honored. The joys, the questions, the growth, the hard moments, and the unexpected beauty we’re discovering along the way.

For so many years we held everything together for everyone else. And now, as life shifts and priorities rearrange themselves, we’re learning to hold space for ourselves too. We’re learning to listen inward, to honor what we need, and to recognize that we’re not alone in any of it.

I invite you to join us.

Come sit with other women who are walking this same path. Come be seen and heard without explanation, because we get it. We’re living it too.

This circle is a place to simply be... to set down the pressure for a moment, reconnect with who you are in this season, and rediscover joy in community.

Carve this time out for yourself. You deserve a space that lifts you up, reminds you of your strength, and helps you gain clarity, connection, and a little more light for the journey ahead.

This Saturday!
You’re not alone.
Midlife can feel like a lot.
Your body is changing, your roles are shifting, and the world feels loud. You need a soft place to land.
This isn’t just another thing on your to-do list.
It’s a space to exhale.
To be seen, heard, and supported—without needing to explain it all.
Held monthly and led by Board Certified Health & Wellness and Menopause Transition Coach Christi Robinson, these circles offer gentle grounding, real conversation, and meaningful connection.
No pressure. Just an open invitation to show up as you are.
We talk about the real things—
Hormone shifts, mental load, changing roles, invisible grief, identity, purpose, and becoming a new version of yourself.
Let this be your soft place to land.
We’re holding the door open for you.

Tonight, before we head into another week, give yourself a quiet moment to look back and soften…

List three things you’re grateful for today:
Moments of peace, connection, strength... no matter how small.

Recognize a thought that no longer serves you:
Worry about tomorrow.
Rushed energy.
Overthinking.

Choose a thought to rest in tonight:
“I am held.”
“I am safe.”
“My body can rest now.”
“God is working even in the quiet.”

The holidays can feel loud, full and a lot to hold... especially in midlife. Decembers Women's Circle offers a moment of...

The holidays can feel loud, full and a lot to hold... especially in midlife.
Decembers Women's Circle offers a moment of reprive, a space to pause, a calm place to land, and community with other women in midlife who get it.
Come as you are. Settle in for 90 minutes to exhale, reflect, and remember yourself again.
Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and a little more like you.
Come join us. You deserve this time.

Today, I choose joy in small moments.
I choose to see goodness where I am.
I choose to nourish my body with care and kindness.
I choose thoughts that steady me.
God, strength me for the day ahead.

You may choose to repeat these out loud, read them in your mind, write them out in your journal, or a few or all of the above. I encourage you to take some time and sit with these and any or all of the posts I've shared these past few days. You may grab a journal, get quiet, and see what flows. Or simply read and repeat them somewhere in your day. Any way you choose is nourishing. ❤️

Lets unwind the day together.

List three small wins from today:
Nourishing yourself.
Taking the next step.
Giving yourself grace.

Notice a thought you’re ready to release:
The pressure to do more.
Self-judgment.
Expectations that drain you.

Claim a thought that supports your well-being:
“I honor my limits.”
“I celebrate my progress.”
“I trust God’s timing for me.”

Let your body exhale for a moment, and let these reflections guide you…

Think on three things you noticed today:
A moment of joy.
A moment of support.
A moment you handled with more grace than before.

Identify a thought you’re ready to lay down:
Needing to prove yourself.
Old stories that don’t fit anymore.
The lie that you must do it all.

Choose a thought that aligns with who you’re becoming:
“I’m learning a new way.”
“I am softening and strengthening at the same time.”
“God is guiding me.”

12/05/2025

Repeat after me:
My body is not the enemy, it is my home.
I choose compassion.
I choose gratitude.
I choose to partner with God in my healing.
Peace is available to me today.

12/05/2025

Before you close out the day, pause and speak these truths over yourself…

List three things you did well today:

Notice a thought that needs releasing:

Choose one thought to anchor into:
Maybe something like: “I’m allowed to slow down.”
“Rest is restoring me.”
“God is renewing me from the inside out.”
