Heather joined the Caliber team last January after spending many years in the manufacturing field, and her impact has been incredible. Her objectivity, efficiency, and attention to detail have helped elevate our internal processes across the board. 💗

Heather’s extensive scheduling knowledge has significantly advanced Caliber’s scheduling practices and helped maximize our check-in and check-out procedures. She’s also the friendly smile families see each morning and afternoon during drop-off and pick-up, helping set a welcoming and positive tone every day.
💻 𝐁𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭:
Her strong organizational skills have improved our hiring processes, ensuring technicians are onboarded efficiently as new clients join Caliber. Heather’s computer knowledge and application skills have also enhanced our effective use of our central database.
🏡 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤:
Outside of Caliber, Heather is very family oriented. She enjoys spending time with her husband, staying active in the lives of her nieces and nephews, and taking long weekends with friends.

She plays a big part in training our new technicians, helping them learn best practices and feel confident in their roles. Her willingness to support the team makes her an essential part of our clinic’s daily success.

Outside of work, Za’Niah is a proud family girl who loves spending time with her younger siblings and her niece. She enjoys traveling, is currently pursuing her nursing degree, and loves Stitch from Lilo & Stitch. 🌺✨

Our Story

Caliber Autism Care was started by a husband and wife team. Neerja and Navneet Anand have spent much of their years donating resources to organizations that care for children internationally. They had the opportunity to visit an orphanage in Tanzania back in 2018 where children who were diagnosed with different developmental disabilities, specifically Autism, faced ongoing daily challenges. Neerja and Navneet were moved with compassion. They wanted to make a difference following that experience by dedicating their life's work to the cause of creating a better world for children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Their hope and vision is that Caliber Autism Care LLC will be an organization that enables children to overcome the daily challenges of disabilities.
