Dwana is a dependable and hardworking member of the Caliber team who consistently shows up and gives her best each day. As a Behavior Technician, her reliability and professionalism make her a true asset to our clinic. 💗

Dwana is known for being on time, rarely calling off, and always stepping up when needed. She plays a key role in classroom setup and planning, helping create a structured and supportive environment for our clients.

🤝 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 & 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭:
She communicates well with admin and handles any concerns with professionalism. Dwana has also received wonderful feedback from both parents and teachers, reflecting the positive impact she has on the children she works with. Her ability to balance kindness with appropriate structure helps her clients succeed.

🏡 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤:
Dwana has a wonderful husband, Mike. She is a proud mom to three grown daughters and a grandma to six grandchildren! Dwana is a former Head Start teacher and she is currently preparing to take her RBT exam!!

We are so grateful for Dwana’s consistency, care, and dedication—she truly makes a difference every day!
