🌟 Team Spotlight: Jessica Hillen, LMSW — Clinical Director at River’s Bend 🌟

Since 2014, Jessica has supported individuals and families through substance use, mood, and adjustment disorders, weight-related behavior change, and conflict at home—leading with compassion, integrity, and a person-centered, strength-based approach. She draws on CBT and Motivational Interviewing, and has served in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She’s also taught at the graduate level (EMU) and serves on the Executive Board of Families Against Narcotics (Northwest Wayne). Currently pursuing CAADC and CCTP certifications, Jessica leads our clinical team with warmth and ethical clarity.
