Big congratulations to Joseph on an incredible milestone… 61 pounds lost since November 1st! 🎉💪
So how did he do it? Not through perfection, but through consistency and smart habits. Joseph found accountability with a workout buddy, tracked his food and macros, worked out on-site, and cut back on sugar. He still enjoyed some favorite treats in moderation, just kept them out of the house and made small swaps to healthier versions or brands of foods he already loved.
