Sometimes spring arrives… and then it snows. These tulips bend under the unexpected weight of winter, looking fragile—but still very much alive.
Seasonal transitions can feel the same way. As daylight increases, many people experience improved mood. But for others, lingering fatigue, low motivation, or symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) may persist. That doesn’t mean you’re failing—it means your nervous system is still adjusting.
Science shows that light exposure, consistent sleep routines, gentle movement, and social connection can support mood regulation during this transition. Growth doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it looks like simply staying rooted until the sun returns.
Winter is almost over. Be patient with yourself while your system catches up to the season. 🌤️
