I spent the last 4 days in a seminar, and it was a good reminder that no matter how much we plan our schedules… life (and babies) don’t always follow them.
Late Friday night, a pregnant mama reached out before an upcoming work trip—she was really uncomfortable and having trouble walking. We were able to fit her in early Saturday morning before I headed back to the seminar.
Sometimes things line up just right when they need to. Grateful I could help, even on a busy weekend. 🤍

Postpartum is a sacred — and often overwhelming — season. While everyone focuses on the baby, moms are navigating massive hormonal shifts, sleep deprivation, physical recovery, and an entirely new identity. This is exactly why nervous system support is so important during the postpartum period.

I’m so grateful for Dr. Lockwood and the care I’ve received at this practice 💛
I first came in while I was pregnant after my Hypnobirthing class recommended chiropractic care to help support an easier labor. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I knew I wanted to do everything I could to support my body through pregnancy and beyond.
Since starting care, I’ve experienced so much less discomfort through multiple pregnancies and postpartum transitions. As my hormones have shifted and my body has changed through different stages of motherhood, it’s been such a gift to have someone who truly understands a woman’s body — and who takes the time to get to know my body specifically.
