Puppy Exercise, Day 3!

Even a puppy needs her rest!
As do humans...For those of my people that think working out 5-6 days a week is a good idea, especially when they're all moderate-heavy intensity, that actually isn't a great idea.
The body needs to rest and recover. In the short term, especially if we're working towards a short term goal (like weight loss, strength gains, endurance, etc), we might notice some improvements. But over time, we tend to plateau or even decrease some of those metrics (or just start to feel crappy). That means we've overdone it.
So take some lessons from this puppy...and build in a rest day (or two) every week.
