Communicare Michigan - CMI is dedicated to providing post trauma, brain injury survivors and individuals with other neurologic impairments the skills and supports necessary to attain their maximum level of functioning and quality of life in a least restrictive community environment, and to make informed choices and decisions about their lives. Communicare Michigan provides Neurocognitive and Neuro
behavioral services to individuals with cognitive impairment through a functional, community integrated and multidisciplinary approach. Clients are provided unique opportunities to receive clinical, vocational and life skills services within community based Programs and Clubhouses through out Oakland and Macomb Counties in Michigan. Vocational services are offered through various work programs which simulate real life positions, responsibilities and performance. Communicare Michigan's approach produces functional and naturalized learning in an environment generalizable for goal acquisition. Troy Program:
