Communicare Michigan - CMI is dedicated to providing post trauma, brain injury survivors and individuals with other neurologic impairments the skills and supports necessary to attain their maximum level of functioning and quality of life in a least restrictive community environment, and to make informed choices and decisions about their lives. Communicare Michigan provides Neurocognitive and Neurobehavioral services to individuals with cognitive impairment through a functional, community integrated and multidisciplinary approach. Clients are provided unique opportunities to receive clinical, vocational and life skills services within community based Programs and Clubhouses through out Oakland and Macomb Counties in Michigan. Vocational services are offered through various work programs which simulate real life positions, responsibilities and performance. Communicare Michigan's approach produces functional and naturalized learning in an environment generalizable for goal acquisition. Troy Program:

We were honored to welcome Dr. Mark Rosner from Vision Specialists of Michigan for an insightful presentation on Binocular Vision Dysfunction (BVD) and its effects on individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBIs). His expertise provided our team with a deeper understanding of how vision challenges can influence balance, cognition, and overall daily functioning within the TBI population.

We are grateful for his expertise and the valuable insights he shared, which will help us continue providing our clients with the most comprehensive, innovative, and effective care possible.
