Nicole brings over a decade of experience in delivering compassionate, comprehensive care to patients, with a clinical focus in craniofacial surgery, breast and body reconstruction, and advanced aesthetic procedures. After decades of dedicated service in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Schenden has made the decision to retire from performing surgical procedures.

Although he is stepping away from the operating room, we are pleased to let you know that Dr. Schenden will continue to see patients for non-surgical treatments—including injectables and Active/Deep/Scar FX laser services—through September 2025.

Dr. Schenden’s commitment to excellence and patient care has left a lasting impact on our practice and the many lives he has touched throughout his career. We are deeply grateful for the trust you’ve placed in him over the years.

Dr. Elswick, who has worked with Dr. Schenden for six years, officially took over the companies, including the medical practice, spa, and surgery center in December to make the transition seamless. She is excited to continue Dr. Schenden’s legacy while also expanding the services
