I’m snuggled under a blanket gifted by a client/friend while reading a beautifully written book written by another client/friend, surrounded by nature and art created by friends and family. I’m so grateful for this little nest where I can recharge after long days and where I wake up to birdsong and deer tripping through.

As some of you know, I've been working hard to establish a birthing house for my Amish peeps. One of the greatest resources I've tapped into in this process is AABC. In return, I am hoping to raise some funds to help this organization in its work to support options for birthing people and their families. Please consider a small donation to the cause. Once again, in case you've missed this message...Movement, pelvic floor PT and sleep are all so important for postpartum mental and physical health! Now that it's warm out there are even more reasons to get outside! See you on the trails!

The 2025 Canadian Postpartum Guidelines recommend at least 120 minutes of weekly exercise, daily pelvic floor training, and improved sleep hygiene to enhance maternal and infant health.

Full house at Grow Your Village today! 🌱🩷

Our postpartum peer support group at Upstate Lactation Collective was buzzing with energy this morning—lots of happy, alert, and active babies, and a room full of parents supporting each other.

We shared concerns about returning to work, childcare, developmental milestones, and more, creating a space where everyone felt heard and supported. 🫶🏻 The snacks were on point, too!

Join us every Wednesday from 10 AM - 12 PM at 1820 Western Avenue, Albany—because parenting is easier (and more fun!) when you grow your village!
