Hello, Olivia! 💙
Meet Olivia Tolonen, LMSW — a compassionate therapist who brings creativity, warmth, and practical tools into every session. Olivia specializes in working with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, perfectionism, self-esteem, social challenges, neurodivergence, interpersonal relationships, and LGBTQ+ concerns.
Using a blend of CBT and DBT techniques, Olivia helps clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building resilience for life’s next chapters. She also incorporates hands-on, creative elements into therapy — from painting and coloring to bracelet-making and worry stones — helping clients connect with skills in meaningful, memorable ways.
Olivia is passionate about supporting motivated teens and young adults who are ready to grow, problem-solve, and feel more confident in themselves.
Fun fact: Olivia is a twin — and proudly 7 minutes older than her sister!
