Her passion is helping women navigate changes and dysfunction that can occur in the body during pregnancy, after giving birth, and during the menopause transition.

9 years ago today I was enjoying all the newness following the birth of my first babe and of myself as a mother. This experience transformed me, my doula practice, and relationship to the world in so many ways. I had no idea that my future self would be guiding so many other families crossing this threshold.
