Introducing Itty Bitty Yogis, a yoga enrichment program designed for children ages 2+. Our youth yoga curriculum balances bodies and brains as children discover yoga through yoga-inspired games, yoga stories, and yoga poses. We will run, jump and downward dog before we end each session with stretching and mindfulness exercises.

We recently lost our first and best IBY supporter. He will greatly missed by all of us at Itty Bitty and the impact he made will never be forgotten. Sadness is a really big emotion for all us yogis, big and small. Any time you feel yourself feeling sad, here are a few things that may help. ❤️🐝
