Attention Seacrest Community – Message from our Administrator, Larry Sullivan
Good afternoon to our Seacrest Community,
We wanted to keep our community informed about an incident that occurred earlier today.
This morning, a faint gas odor was noticed on our first-floor Promenade unit. Out of an abundance of caution, we immediately contacted the fire department and gas company. They directed a temporary internal relocation of residents from the East and West Promenade units to our main building lobby while they worked to safely assess and localize the potential source. During this time, our team's primary focus was on caring for, supporting, and reassuring residents.
As of 11:30 a.m., we received full clearance from the fire department and gas company. No gas leak was identified, there is no ongoing or additional risk, and residents have safely returned to their units.
All residents remained safe and comfortable throughout, and our team continues to monitor and support them as normal operations resume.
We appreciate the trust you place in us and the honor of caring for your family member. Their safety is a responsibility we take very seriously.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Guest Services line at 800-719-4229.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued trust.
We also would like to thank all the Emergency Responders including the local fire department, police and EMS personnel for their expedient response and dedication to our residents here at Seacrest we are greatly appreciative for all you do.
Warm regards,
Larry Sullivan
