After receiving her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the prestigious Butler University, Shelby has practiced medical dermatology in Tucson since 2018. She is an expert in skin cancer screenings, non-surgical treatment of skin cancer, and treatment of rashes, psoriasis, rosacea, and acne. It is hard to believe that Arizona Mohs Surgery is celebrating its 3-year Anniversary today! Dr. Dhir and Nathalie have been blessed in so many ways, and this endeavor and our incredible team surely ranks as one of the biggest blessing. What started with a colleague’s request to return to Tucson and the purchase of a dirt-floor shell (during the height of COVID shutdowns) has already culminated in 7,000 Mohs surgeries completed and nearly 300 Google reviews with a 5.0 rating. Dr. Dhir is now offering Comprehensive Skin Cancer Care at our Arizona Mohs Surgery office, including skin cancer screenings, biopsies, Mohs surgery, and non-Mohs excisions and/or topical therapy for cancers that may not need Mohs surgery.

Due to a significant dermatologist shortage, patients are typically waiting several months for exams and then several more months to undergo Mohs surgery. We have noticed a significant increase in the size and severity of tumors due to these unfortunate delays. By offering timely exams, our goal is to help reduce wait times and improve accessibility to compassionate and state-the-art skin cancer care.
