Always warmup for 8-10 minutes prior to exercise

I cannot tell you how many times I’ve pulled a muscle or tweaked something because I thought I didn’t have the time.

Make the time. A proper warmup can make a bad training day a great one! 💪🏻

I LOVE MONDAY

There I said it..

Most people dread them. They think they are just the start to an entire week or boring torture. Doing the same thing over and over.

I’m here to say they are the opposite!

- Monday sets the tone for the entire week
- Monday give you the opportunity to bring your gifts to the world
- Monday can bring your smile and passion into something that can brighten someone else’s day

Remember, changing your mindset is crucial to unlocking happiness in your life. Be positive and you’ll manifest positivity.

Everyone says they want these things

- Financial Freedom
- Happy Life
- Successful and fulfilling career
- Once in a Life time experiences

All of these sound great. Because they are.

The only way you get any of them is if you stop selling yourself short. Stop making excuses and stop treating yourself like you can’t do anything hard.

YOU CAN

Only through adversity will you attain anything truly great. All of those things are attainable for anyone, but not everyone is willing to work every day for it.

Living life with regret is hard, but working towards goals and all of those things above are hard. It’s just up to you to choose which hard you want to live with.
