Room rental

Seeking a licensed professional working in a holistic health field. A great fit would be a massage therapist, LPC, pain specialist, behavioral health professional - but not exclusive of other licensed providers - to share office space with.

Currently I operate out of 2 treatment rooms and would like to share the space with another of like clinical interest. My business, Blacupuncturist, is located in Midway Plaza at 4500 E Speedway Blvd in Tucson.

I’m seeking a renting practitioner, with an established client roster. I have 3 years remaining on my lease.

My office already supports a number of clients with pain regulation, emotional regulation, energy/focus/motivation, a myriad of physical ailments, and digestive disorders. While I treat mostly women, I also get referrals for husbands, family, and sometimes children.

I am a member of BNI and refer patients out regularly to other healing professionals, so my office mate would benefit from sharing my location.

The best office mate for me:

🤩works between the hours of 6am and 6pm
🤩open to referring and receiving referrals
🤩maintains a safe and nurturing environment for self and others

Rent: $550/month
Includes:
👉🏾 internet and utilities
👉🏾Your private office
👉🏾Access to classroom/movement studio (2 hours per month, with option to more hours for addition fee)

Disclosure: Noisy hours 6pm - 9pm weekdays and 9am - 12pm Sundays during capoeira classes held in the movement studio
